The phase codes list is used in the timecard submissions.
Accessing the Current Phase Codes list
In the admin menu, click the Phase Codes link.
How to add a new Phase Code
From the admin menu: Hover over Phase Codes > Select Add New > Fill out the Title and Phase Code (required) > Click the Publish button in the box on the right side of the page.
From the Phase Codes list: Click Add New button at the top of the page next to Phase Codes > Fill out the Title and Status fields (required) > Click the Publish button in the box on the right side of the page.
Note: Adding a new phase code will make it available for employees to select on the timecard entry form.
How to edit an existing Phase Code
Hover over the Phase Code you would like to edit > select Edit > After making your desired changes, click the Update button in the box on the right side of the page.
How to delete a Phase Code
Hover over the Phase Code you would like to delete > click “Trash”
Note: Phase Codes that are moved to the trash are not permanently deleted. You may retrieve them at any time from the Trash section. To view phase codes in the Trash, click the Trash link above the list of Phase Codes in the admin page.
